Welcome to AntiFlock — a community resource for understanding and pushing back on the rapid spread of Automated License Plate Readers (ALPRs) in our neighborhoods, highways, and private property.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple: expose how widely ALPR technology is being deployed, raise awareness about the risks it poses to personal privacy and civil liberties, and give the public a way to do something about it. ALPR networks are being rolled out by police, federal agencies, and private companies without real public understanding or consent — quietly collecting enormous amounts of data on our movements with almost no oversight.
Why This Matters
Privacy is a fundamental right, and unchecked ALPR deployment chips away at it every day. These cameras log the movements of millions of innocent people, building a searchable database of who went where and when. That kind of constant monitoring discourages people from doing ordinary, lawful things — going to a protest, visiting a clinic, attending a place of worship — and that should worry everyone, regardless of politics.

Educate
We publish plain-language explainers on what ALPRs are, how vendors like Flock Safety operate, and why this technology deserves serious public scrutiny.
Report & Track
Through our submission form and public map, anyone can report a Flock camera they've spotted in the wild and see where surveillance hardware is already deployed.
Pay the People Doing the Work
Verified, previously-unmapped cameras earn a $SOL bounty, paid through a mixer. Funding comes from $ANTIFLOCK trading fees and privacy-foundation donations — not from advertisers, agencies, or vendors.
Advocate for Change
We encourage communities to organize against the unchecked spread of these systems and push for stronger privacy law, real accountability, and a rollback of warrantless surveillance.
